The Adventure of Living Course

The Adventure of Living Course is a voyage of discovery for Christians - how to discern and respond to God's calling in our life. Each of seven weekday evenings includes a light supper, a DVD presentation, a recorded or live interview, and group discussion.

Towards the end of the course is a residential weekend away - an outstanding opportunity for personal growth, and for participants to think their way through life's big issues and come to far-reaching decisions.

Past course members enjoyed a reunion with Roland & Helen Luke at St.Mark's on 9 September. We enjoyed dinner together and heard from them about the state of their home country, South Africa, and the part the course is playing in the church there. We compared our own experiences since being on the course, and heard how God is working in each other's lives.

In addition a 'Forum' weekend away was held in conjunction with St.Michael's Church, Southfields, for past course members, at Oak Hall's Otford Manor in Kent 11-13 September. Visiting speakers were Roland Luke and Brian Draper.
