My first block of training was in 1990, which led to establishing a support group for those with eating disorders in 1993 at Holy Trinity Brompton. I set up my private practice for counselling in 2003.

I offer counselling on a 6 session basis or work in an open-ended way. (Please see my website www.anna.parker.co.uk for further details) Included in my recent training is couples work and working from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach. As a qualified supervisor, I work with counsellors as individuals and at agencies.
