Counselling is a way of understanding your life. I believe it can help someone see where the past is impacting in an unhelpful way on the present. It can also help you to look at what is holding you back and to connect with your potential.
I believe all signs of life and growth are of God who is constantly calling us to greater wholeness.

Areas of particular interest and expertise?

I'm interested in areas of spiritual growth and have experience of working with loss and grief; depression; stress and anxiety; childhood issues; and breakdown of a relationship.
I work with dreams, images and symbols and I believe the relationship between client and therapist is where healing occurs.
