Cornerstone is a network of Christians who are counsellors and psychotherapists and who have professional qualifications from various secular training institutions and colleges of counselling and psychotherapy. All members work within the British Association for Counselling Code of Ethics and Practice.

We offer a breadth of skills and experience, and our members are competent to deal with issues relating to the stresses of ministry.

Areas of particular interest and expertise?

The stresses of parish life can, at times, feel overwhelming. Amongst the constant demands to be avaiable for others, personal or family needs may suffer. Skilled help is available and often used by individula clergy and clergy couples. These issues may include:
Difficulties related to ministry, isolation, failure to acknowledge needs, emotional distress, work related stress, relationship problems.
