We are the UK's specialist Christian marriage organisation. Our focus is entirely on marriage ministry. We have extensive experience in all areas of marriage ministry. Thousands of couples and hundreds of churches have benefited from our events since its foundation over 25 years ago by Dave and Joyce Ames. It is one of the largest and longest established of the UK's interdenominational marriage ministries. It is run by a full-time Director and Assistant Director, supported by a board of Trustees.

What we do

We provide a variety of events nationwide such as:

• Residential marriage enrichment events.
• Church based events, tailored to meet the needs of individual churches and other Christian organisations.
• Work with churches to help them develop their own effective marriage ministry, including training events for those involved in pastoral care.
• Publication of Biblically-based books and resources about marriage.

Our approach

'No pressure' is one of our key distinctives. We never use psychological gimmicks. For marriage enrichments events, we do not use group work, as this can make some people feel uncomfortable. Our emphasis is to encourage structured and non-threatening discussion between husbands and wives, in private.
