Men at the Gates
We are called to be gatekeepers in our lives, allowing in God's blessings and keeping out the lies and pollution of the world. Sound simple? We think we need each other to do it effectively, because we see our own temptations to take the easy root, become lazy and slip back. We all need encouragement!
Being a gatekeeper involves allowing in the blessings of heaven, while striving to keep out the things that harm and destroy. Whether we're married or single, we need to keep a watch over ourselves and those around us.
Once a month we gather at 8pm for an hour of proactive prayer in Wilberforce. This is bracing stuff - come, get involved and leave inspired!
