The scriptures and the early church were full of men who lived dangerously, took risks and probably had huge fun doing so. Being a Christian is neither boring nor about being 'nice'! Let’s recapture that Spirit of faith and adventure, living our lives to the full as God intended!

Men's Football - get involved in one of our teams this new season
Men's Go-Karting Event - Sunday 14 March
We’ve booked the Daytona 60 at Sandown Park Daytona Racetrack for the afternoon of Sunday 14 March (it also happens to be Mothers Day, but it was their only availability – and Sunday so it doesn’t clash with our football matches...)
2 drivers per team (sharing a kart)
between 15 and 30 teams (exclusively for us)
10 min practice and qualifying
60 mins of racing
The idea here is that we get between 15 and 30 St Mark’s Christians (mainly evening service regulars) each to find a friend to make up a team.
We meet at Sandown Park at around 2pm. We’re driving by 3pm. We’re finished including podium and photos by 5pm.
We invite all our guests to join us at St Mark’s for the 6pm service, where we show the highlights on screen, interview the winners (prob Sam Wright!)
After church, beers and pizza in the Duck...
Cost: £40 per person (£80 per team)

I will then ask you for payment for your team (£80) and you can get the money off your guest (£40) in your own time. Only payment secures your team’s place!
