St Mark's Men's Football Club

It's like the proms in the park but with no music, food or drink - just plain football - with some sweat thrown in!

We meet by the pond opposite Bolingbroke Hospital at 11am every Saturday. Anyone's welcome, bring your mates...

Throughout the summer it's social football, occasionally some training, and it'll give us the chance to get to know those who may want to play in the League from the Autumn. We came second this season - and were awarded the Exceptional Team of the Season Trophy!

New Season

For those interested in St Mark's football this coming season. If not personally interested then please pass to mates, boyfriends, etc who may be - they're all welcome to come along.

Pre-season dates - please get these in the diary and give it your best shot to come along...

• Saturday 16 August - structured training and fitness session - 11am, Wandsworth Common.
• Saturday 23 August - structured training and fitness session - 11am, Wandsworth Common.
• Saturday 30 August - trials match - 10.30am, venue tbc. An opportunity to find out who plays where and with which squad.
• Saturday 6 September - friendly match for both teams with external opposition - 10.30am, venue tbc.
• Saturday 13 September - league 9-aside competition.
• Saturday 20 September - first league match of the season.

Also, we all need to work on our fitness at any available opportunity.
