Simon & Lizzie Guillebaud

Simon heads up Great Lakes Outreach in Burundi, Africa, but is currently running it from his base in Charleston, South Carolina.

GLO works in partnership with several organisations in the Great Lakes region of Central Africa, notably in Burundi. Main aims:

• Evangelism and discipleship through schools and churches
• Printing of teaching materials
• Fighting the AIDS pandemic
• Supporting a street children’s project
• Helping to sustain an orphanage
• Equipping and encouraging informed dialogue between Christians and Muslims
• Training university students in outreach
• Building Bible school
• School and medical centre project
