Every day can take you through a rollercoaster of emotions — and you may well feel stretched to the limits of your resources. For most parents there’s a nagging feeling that everyone else is doing a better job than they are.
The course encourages parents to talk with each other, and to be reminded of what’s really important in these years. We will cover topics such as: communication, boundaries, drugs and alcohol, handling anger and understanding their world.
