  • My First Message: a unique devotional Bible which introduces kids to God's Word through the best-selling Message Bible text, lively illustrations and much, much more! Primary years 1-2 use this bible on a Sunday too.
  • Children, Can You Hear Me?: How To Hear And See God (Brad Jersak): God loves children. He reveals himself freely to kids, speaking to them as a best friend. This book will encourage the childlike faith that opens the hearts of children to hear God's voice and see his face.

Great for 8-11s:

  • New Century Version Kidsbible.com: here is a Bible that kids are going to love. This is a complete study Bible with an e-flavour, using contempory computer terminology that kids will relate to, enabling them to ‘surf’ God’s truth for their daily lives. Kidsbible.com includes hundreds of features that encourage kids to actually write in their Bible, personalising it so that it truly becomes their very own.
  • Magnify Biblezines for kids: we don't currently stock these, but would really recommend them to you - paperback ICB Bibles in a magazine stylee!
  • Here Comes Heaven: A Kid's Guide To God's Supernatural Power (Bill Johnson/Michael Seth): an invitation and guide for young people to bring the realm of heaven to earth. As children discover their identity through the revelation of the Father's love, they are released to fulfill their royal mission: to demonstrate the Kingdom of God by living a life of miracles. Each chapter explains and identifies the inheritance that God's sons and daughters possess, such as the Father's love, the anointing and indwelling of the Holy Spirit, faith, prayer, and the keys of power and authority. This book is not only a companion for the 'journey', but also provides a meeting place for children to encounter God's presence that will transform their hearts and lives.
  • Massive Prayer Adventure: A personalised prayer scrapbook for children aged 8-11, to help them get started on the adventure of talking and listening to God. Packed full of creative prayer ideas, quizzes and puzzles. Real answers to the difficult questions such as 'Why isn't God answering my prayers?' With space for the reader to personalise their scrapbook and record their thoughts and discoveries.
  • Xstream No Girls Allowed: A 'must-have' format, this book is for boys aged 8-11. It is a dip-in style, including challenges, facts, puzzles to do on their own or with their mates, real life stories, personal checklists. Keep track on what and who they are and where God fits in!
